THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF AN EXISTING MULTI-STORY PARKING GARAGE. THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES VARIOUS CONCRETE REPAIRS, DRAINAGE PIPE REPLACEMENTS, PAINT AND SEALANT REPAIRS, BRICK REPAIRS, EPOXY REPAIRS, TRAFFIC DECK MEMBRANE APPLICATION, NEW STEEL CORBELS AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW ENTRANCE/EXIT LANE TO IMPROVE THE ACCESSIBILITY AND OVERALL FUNCTION. THE PROJECT AIMS TO EXTEND THE LIFESPAN OF THE PARKING STRUCTURE. ALL REPAIRS AND MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EXECUTED WITH MINIMAL DISRUPTION TO THE ONGOING USE OF THE FACILITY. ALL CLOSURES TO DRIVE LANES AND PARKING SPACES MUST BE COORDINATED WITH OWNER AND PROJECT ENGINEER

Project includes the construction of a new groundwater supply system consisting of but not limited to: two (2) submersible well pumps and motors with pitless adapters, two (2) new pre-engineered, pre-cast concrete buildings: 1,000-square foot water treatment plant building and 150-square foot re-chlorination, 15,000-gal bolted steel tank with passive mixing system and foundation, a standby natural gas generator and concrete pad, altitude valve vault, interior and exterior piping and valves, and associate site work. Exterior piping includes a horizontal directional drilled section below the wetlands between the well site and the water treatment building. The water treatment building will house a packaged 150-gpm capacity dual softener system, two (2) inline centrifugal high lift pumps, tablet disinfection system, process piping and valves, and associated electrical and instrumentation and controls systems. The re-chlorination building will house a 100-gal sodium hypochlorite tank and metering pumps, process piping and valves, relocated existing and associated electrical and instrumentation system. This project also includes the abandonment and/or demolition of the existing surface water treatment building and its contents, existing fiberglass clearwell tanks, and piping systems. The project includes separate prime contracts for General and Electrical work

Construction of approximately 11,700 linear feet of 8-inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) potable water main, including fire hydrants, isolation gate valves and other appurtenances, along Springbrook Road and East Lake Road.
