Educational building stem addition, full kitchen & cafeteria renovations, millwork replacement, carpet replacement, classroom renovations, 2x parking lot replacement

Project involves replacement and refurbishment of existing wood windows and installation of mechanical louvers inclusive of all necessary labor and materials

Approximately 4,600 LF of road reconstruction including new road, concrete curbs, sidewalk, and storm drainage improvements

The work will include interior demolition of the lower level (Occupancy B) which includes office spaces, fitness room, locker rooms. The reconcstruction will include (Occupancy B) Dental Clinic with 24 operatories and ancillary spaces. Reconstructed spaces to include Locker Room, Toilet Rooms, operatories, Clean 7 Dirty Sterilization Rooms, Offices, X-Ray rooms, Viewing Room and public waiting. The reconfigured space will include new vinyl flooring, metal stud walls with gypsum board, acoustical tile ceilings, associated dental equipment and casework, autoclaves and other sterilization equipment. Mechanical and Plumbing work associated with the reconstruction is included

530 square foot wood framed garage addition including site work, rough framing, minor electrical and plumbing

Renovations

Kitchen & Basement renovation including removal and replacement of existing finished flooring, wall base, suspended ceiling grid and panels, and kitchen equipment

New 63,760 sf Science & Technology Building located on the Utica campus of Mohawk Valley Community College to house their Science & Technology programs. Features a two story portion on the north side with Heavy Timber Construction, Type IV construction & a one story portion on the south end will be Type IIB construction. Work also includes a new cooling tower and enclosure for Payne to replace the one that currently resides within the footprint of the new building. A new Salt Storage Barn is to be constructed on the opposite side of campus

Project involves the replacement of pressure piping and valving in the existing pump station. All steel or metal components that are removed are to be turned over to the Owner. New piping, tees, bends or other fittings to be ductile iron with factory coating. Coating requirements are in the specifications. Coating on site is not to be done unless touch up coating is needed. Valves to be coated as well. The station must remain operational during the work. Any pipe removed shall be replaced by the end of each work day and be operational. Other station accessories are included in the scope of work
