Along Sweet Home and Rensch Roads in the Town of Amherst, New York
MWBE/SDVOB Participation is required. Refer to Contract Documents for additional information. Pre-bid conference will be held at the Amherst Water Pollution Control Facility, 455 Tonawanda Creek Rd, Amherst, NY 14228, followed by a tour of the project site.
Sealed bids for the above-mentioned project in the Town of Amherst will be received by the Contracts Compliance & Administration Department in the Town’s Municipal Building, 5583 Main Street, Williamsville, New York, on or before 12:00 P.M. local time on the 3rd of April, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers. Four (4) copies of each Bid are required to be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the Bidder, Bidder’s address, the name of the Project, the bid date and time, and the contract name and project number.

This project requires a non-refundable fee of $49 made payable to Avalon (Hard copy proposal booklet, spec book/drawing documents loaded to USB).
