Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Amherst Central School District, Erie, NY, herein called the Owner, on March 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Amherst Middle School District Office, 55 Kings Hwy, Amherst, NY 14226. will receive sealed proposals for the Capital Improvement Project 2021 - Phase 2.

The proposals will be, at that date, time, and place, publicly opened and read aloud. All work shall be done in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Young + Wright Architectural, 50 Elk Street Buffalo, NY 14210.

A pre-bid conference will be held to discuss the scope of the projects, tour the site, and answer bidder questions on February 21, 2025 at 09:00 AM. The meeting shall start at Amherst Middle School District Office, 55 Kings Hwy, Amherst, NY 14226 and will proceed from there.

Project consists of alterations to five (5) buildings within the Amherst School District. Renovations include general trades work, public address system, plumbing, electrical and site work.

Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts:

a. General Trades

b. Public Address System

c. Electrical Trades

d. Plumbing Trades

e. Civil Trades

This project requires a refundable fee of $100 made payable to Amherst Central School District.
