John A. Duke Senior Citizens Center - HVAC Controls & Improvements

Alterations required for HVAC upgrades / replacement of the existing mechanical systems and equipment and providing a new building management system, associated demolition and hazardous materials abatement, replacements of existing ceiling systems, and roof repairs required by HVAC replacements. The project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple contracts including HVAC, General, and Electrical Construction Contract Work
