All bid packages MUST be submitted via email to UB-Compliance@buffalo.edu. Email shall include Project Name Student Union - Rehab Toilet Rooms for Accessibility and #2022-147- “Contractor name” in Subject line.
NO BIDS SHOULD BE HAND DELIVERED OR DELIVERED THROUGH ANY DELIVERY SERVICE OR COMMON CARRIER. ONLY ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
There will be a walk-through site inspection held on 11/5/2024 at 2:00pm. All interested parties should assemble at UB North Campus, outside main Mary Talbert Way entrance of Student Union.
This project requires a non-refundable fee of $240 made payable to Avalon.
