Paradise Park Restroom Building

Sealed bids for the above mentioned project in the Town of Amherst will be received by the Contracts Compliance & Administration Department in the Municipal Building, 5583 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221 before 12:00 P.M. local time on March 13, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers. Four (4) copies of each Bid are required to be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the Bidder, Bidder’s address, the name of the Project, and the contract name and project number.

Pre-bid meeting will be held at Town of Amherst Engineering Department, 1100 North Forest Road.
